EXCELLENTVerified Great Experience. Needed a couple of movers to help move in my Daughter for a job relocation. On short notice Coast Movers came through. Jonathan, the owner, was super helpful. Along with a good price they helped out when we had a vehicle breakdown and had to change the move date/time on less than 24 hours notice. They did a great job in getting the job done around their other bigger jobs, and went out of their way to make it happen seamlessly. The three man crew knew how to handle the instrument, including disassembly, protecting, and re-assembly. All done in a little less than three hours from start to finish. The pricing was fair and honest, and I was more than happy to tip the crew for a job well-done. Oftentimes, some movers will trap customers once they have your items on the truck, only to tell you then that the price is going to be more than quoted. I've had that happen to me in the past, but in this case, the price was exactly what I was told it would be! Now I understand why Coast Movers has been in business for 15-years. It was a bonus to find a local company to support, too. For 7 hours they did not stop moving except for a short lunch break. Coast Movers moved from a 3 story place with lots of tight corners to a 2 story with more tight corners and didn't damage a single wall or piece of furniture. The location was moving it to ended up not working and the piano did not fit, so we had to take it to a different location. My mom had stuff that was scheduled to be delivered while I was away in Mexico. There was no one to help her unload a 20-ft trailer. I called Jonathan and he was very flexible with availability. The moving company that we used for the shipment did not give us a time for delivery until the day before. That meant that Jonathan had to move around his schedule in order to make it work. Not only did he move around his schedule but because I was in Mexico trying to deal with it long distance, he called the moving company and tried to organize for me. He got to my mom's as quickly as possible and unloaded the truck within the allotted time that the moving company had given us.
